1. Our Position
Wavvy Vault is a password manager. We respect intellectual property rights and expect the people who use the App to do the same.
Wavvy Vault provides no content. It contains no media, catalogs or downloadable material, and it ships no bank, card or company logos. Its vault holds only what the user enters: passwords, PINs, card details, notes, and pictures the user picks from their own gallery as icons. App icons shown in the vault are read locally from apps installed on the user's own device.
The vault is encrypted and stored only on the user's device. We do not host, receive, see or index anything in a user's vault, and nothing in it is published or shared by the App. Users are responsible for having the right to use the pictures they add.
What is under our control:
- The App itself, including its code, design, name, logos and built-in generic symbols
- Its Google Play store listing, including the screenshots and graphics
- This website
2. Reporting Infringement
If you believe material in the App, its store listing or this website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to wavvytvplus-support@rizeteknoloji.com.tr with the subject line "Copyright Notice". We accept notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), and from rights holders in any country.
To be effective, your notice must include:
- The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed
- Identification of the infringing material, with enough information for us to find it — for example, a screenshot of the store listing or this website showing where it appears
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf
Incomplete notices may delay our response.
3. What We Do
When we receive a valid notice we act promptly, usually within 5 business days:
- The App, store listing or this website: we remove or change the identified material.
- Content inside a user's vault: it exists only, and encrypted, on the user's device. We cannot see, access or remove it. If material is being published or shared elsewhere, please contact the website or service where it is available.
We will let you know what action we took.
4. Counter-Notice
If material you provided was removed and you believe this happened because of a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, of any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days, unless the person who sent the original notice tells us they have filed a court action.
5. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we suspend or terminate the access to paid features of users found to repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
6. False Notices
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. If you are not sure whether material infringes your rights, please get legal advice first.
7. Trademarks and Other Complaints
Wavvy Vault is not affiliated with any bank, card issuer or other institution, or with the password managers and browsers it can import from. Their names appear in the App only because the user entered them or to describe compatibility. Trademark and other intellectual property complaints can be sent to the same address. You can also report an app on Google Play directly to Google through its legal help center.

1. Tutumumuz
Wavvy Vault bir şifre yöneticisidir. Fikri mülkiyet haklarına saygı duyarız ve Uygulamayı kullananlardan da aynısını bekleriz.
Wavvy Vault hiçbir içerik sağlamaz. İçinde medya, katalog veya indirilebilir materyal yoktur; banka, kart veya şirket logosu da içermez. Kasa yalnızca kullanıcının girdiklerini tutar: şifreler, PIN'ler, kart bilgileri, notlar ve kullanıcının kendi galerisinden simge olarak seçtiği resimler. Kasada görünen uygulama simgeleri, kullanıcının kendi cihazında yüklü uygulamalardan cihazda okunur.
Kasa şifrelidir ve yalnızca kullanıcının cihazında saklanır. Bir kullanıcının kasasındaki hiçbir şeyi barındırmayız, almayız, görmeyiz veya dizine eklemeyiz; Uygulama kasadaki hiçbir şeyi yayımlamaz veya paylaşmaz. Eklediği resimleri kullanma hakkına sahip olmaktan kullanıcılar sorumludur.

2. İhlal Bildirimi
Uygulamadaki, mağaza sayfasındaki veya bu web sitesindeki bir materyalin telif hakkınızı ihlal ettiğini düşünüyorsanız, konu satırı "Copyright Notice" olan yazılı bir bildirimi wavvytvplus-support@rizeteknoloji.com.tr adresine gönderin. ABD Dijital Milenyum Telif Hakkı Yasası (17 U.S.C. § 512) kapsamındaki bildirimleri ve her ülkeden hak sahiplerinin bildirimlerini kabul ederiz.
Bildiriminizin geçerli olması için şunları içermesi gerekir:
- Telif hakkı sahibinin veya onun adına hareket etmeye yetkili kişinin fiziksel veya elektronik imzası
- İhlal edildiğini iddia ettiğiniz eserin tanımı
- İhlal eden materyalin, onu bulabilmemize yetecek bilgiyle tanımı; örneğin materyalin göründüğü yeri gösteren bir mağaza sayfası veya web sitesi ekran görüntüsü
- Adınız, posta adresiniz, telefon numaranız ve e-posta adresiniz
- Kullanımın telif hakkı sahibi, temsilcisi veya yasa tarafından izin verilmediğine iyi niyetle inandığınıza dair bir beyan

Eksik bildirimler yanıtımızı geciktirebilir.
3. Ne Yapıyoruz
Geçerli bir bildirim aldığımızda, genellikle 5 iş günü içinde hızla harekete geçeriz:
- Uygulama, mağaza sayfası veya bu web sitesi: Belirtilen materyali kaldırır veya değiştiririz.
- Bir kullanıcının kasasındaki içerik: Yalnızca kullanıcının cihazında ve şifreli olarak bulunur. Onu göremez, ona erişemez veya kaldıramayız. Materyal başka bir yerde yayımlanıyor veya paylaşılıyorsa, lütfen bulunduğu web sitesine veya hizmete başvurun.
Hangi işlemi yaptığımızı size bildiririz.
4. İtiraz Bildirimi
Sağladığınız bir materyal kaldırıldıysa ve bunun bir hata veya yanlış tanımlama nedeniyle olduğunu düşünüyorsanız, aynı adrese itiraz bildirimi gönderebilirsiniz. İtiraz bildirimi şunları içermelidir:
- Fiziksel veya elektronik imzanız
- Kaldırılan materyalin ve kaldırılmadan önce nerede göründüğünün tanımı
- Materyalin bir hata veya yanlış tanımlama nedeniyle kaldırıldığına iyi niyetle inandığınıza dair, yalan beyanın yasal sonuçlarını kabul ederek verdiğiniz bir beyan
- Adınız, adresiniz ve telefon numaranız; adresinizin bağlı olduğu mahkemelerin (Amerika Birleşik Devletleri dışındaysanız, bulunabileceğimiz herhangi bir yargı bölgesinin) yetkisini kabul ettiğinize ve asıl bildirimi gönderen kişiden tebligat kabul edeceğinize dair bir beyan
Geçerli bir itiraz bildirimi alırsak, asıl bildirimi gönderen kişi dava açtığını bize bildirmedikçe materyali 10 ila 14 iş günü sonra geri yükleyebiliriz.
5. Tekrarlayan İhlaller
Uygun durumlarda, başkalarının haklarını tekrar tekrar ihlal ettiği tespit edilen kullanıcıların ücretli özelliklere erişimini askıya alır veya sonlandırırız.
6. Asılsız Bildirimler
17 U.S.C. § 512(f) uyarınca, bir materyalin ihlal oluşturduğunu veya yanlışlıkla kaldırıldığını bilerek gerçeğe aykırı biçimde bildiren kişi tazminatla sorumlu tutulabilir. Bir materyalin haklarınızı ihlal edip etmediğinden emin değilseniz, önce hukuki destek almanızı öneririz.
7. Markalar ve Diğer Şikâyetler
Wavvy Vault'un hiçbir banka, kart çıkaran kuruluş veya başka bir kurumla ya da içe aktarma yapabildiği şifre yöneticileri ve tarayıcılarla bağlantısı yoktur. Bunların adları Uygulamada yalnızca kullanıcı girdiği için veya uyumluluğu anlatmak için görünür. Marka ve diğer fikri mülkiyet şikâyetlerini aynı adrese gönderebilirsiniz. Google Play'deki bir uygulamayı, Google'ın hukuki yardım merkezi üzerinden doğrudan Google'a da bildirebilirsiniz.
