Wavvy Vault — Terms of Use

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Rize Teknoloji, based in Rize, Türkiye ("we", "us"). They govern your use of the Wavvy Vault app on phones, tablets and other devices, and of its related services, such as this website and the data deletion page (together, the "App").

By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms. Our Copyright Policy explains how we handle copyright complaints.

These Terms are also published in Turkish further down this page. In the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.

2. What the App Is — and Is Not

Wavvy Vault is a password manager. It stores the passwords, PINs, card details and secure notes that you enter yourself in an encrypted vault on your device only.

Local only. There is no account, no cloud sync and no vault server. We never receive, see or store your vault or your master password.
No affiliation with any institution. Wavvy Vault has no official connection with any bank, card issuer, payment service, email provider, social network or other institution. Institution names shown in the App are entered by you. The App ships no bank or company logos. Built-in category names such as "Bank" or "Cards" are only labels for organizing your own entries.
Not a banking or payment service. The App does not connect to your bank, make payments, check balances or verify cards. It only keeps the information you type in.
No breach monitoring. The security report (Pro) checks your passwords on your device for being weak, reused or old. It does not search the internet or leak databases and cannot tell you whether an account has been hacked.
Names of other password managers, browsers and file formats (such as KeePass, Google Password Manager, Chrome, Bitwarden, 1Password, Firefox, Proton Pass and LastPass) are used only to describe import and export compatibility and belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with them.

3. Your Master Password and Backups — Your Responsibility

Please read this section carefully.

We cannot recover a forgotten master password. We never see or store it, and there is no reset. If you forget your master password and cannot use quick unlock, your vault and everything in it will be permanently lost. Nobody, including us, can open it.
You are responsible for remembering your master password and, if you wish, for keeping it written down in a safe place. The App asks for it again from time to time (every 7 days by default and after a phone restart) to help you remember it.
You are responsible for keeping backups. Your vault exists only on your device. If the device is lost, stolen, broken, reset or the App is uninstalled or its data cleared, the vault is gone unless you have a recent backup file (.wvault or .kdbx) stored somewhere else and remember its master password. Android system backup does not include the vault.
You are responsible for your exported files. Backup and export files are protected by your master password or the password you choose. CSV files you import from are not encrypted; delete them after importing. Once a file leaves the App, its safety depends on where you store it.
Erasing is final. "Erase vault" and uninstalling delete the vault permanently.
Quick unlock is locked after misuse. After 5 wrong PIN or pattern attempts, quick unlock is turned off and only the master password opens the vault. Wrong master passwords cause increasing waits.

4. Eligibility, Lawful Use and Device Security

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission, particularly to make purchases.
Store only information that is yours or that you are authorized to keep. Do not use the App to hold credentials obtained without permission, or to gain access to accounts, systems or cards that are not yours.
Follow the laws that apply where you live.
You are responsible for the security of your device: keep a screen lock, keep Android up to date and do not share your master password, PIN or pattern. Anyone who knows your master password, or who can unlock the App on your device, can see your vault.

5. Free Trial, Free Version, Pro and Payments

Free trial. New installs get 7 days of full Pro. No payment card is needed and nothing is charged when the trial ends. The trial is tied to the device, so it does not restart after reinstalling the App.

Free version. After the trial you can keep using the free version, which holds up to 5 entries. All unlock methods, autofill, encrypted backup and restore, and KeePass export are free forever. You never lose access to your own data: entries you have saved are not deleted or locked away when a trial or subscription ends, and you can always export them. We may change what the free version includes, but we will not take away your ability to open and export your own vault.

Pro. Pro adds unlimited entries, full password history (the free version shows the last 3 changes of an entry; all changes are kept), KeePass and CSV import without limit, custom categories and icons, and the security report. Pro never shows ads.

Rewarded ad. In the free version you can choose to watch one short ad to use Pro features for one hour. When the hour ends, the App returns to the free version; nothing you saved is lost.

Pro subscriptions. Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription sold through Google Play. Prices are shown in the App and on Google Play before you buy, in your local currency and including any taxes Google Play applies.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price in effect at that time, until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro until then.
Introductory offers, where shown, are available only to users Google Play determines to be eligible. They switch to the regular price when the offer period ends.
If we change a subscription price, Google Play notifies you in advance as its policies require, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Lifetime purchase. The Lifetime option is a one-time payment. It unlocks Pro on the Google Play account used to buy it for as long as we continue to offer the App and its Pro features. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the App, not of a person or a device. It is personal, cannot be transferred and is not a subscription. Buying Lifetime does not cancel an existing subscription; cancel that separately in Google Play.

Devices. Purchases follow your Google Play account, so one Pro purchase works on your phones and tablets signed in with the same account. Your vault is not copied between devices; move it with a backup file. Pro is intended for personal and household use.

Refunds. Payments are processed by Google Play and are subject to the Google Play refund policies. You can request a refund through Google Play, and we may also grant refunds at our discretion. Where the law of your country gives you a right of withdrawal, that right may end once the digital service has started with your consent. Nothing in this section limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Changes to features. We may add, change or remove features. We will not materially reduce the core Pro features during a subscription period you have already paid for, unless the law, Google Play or security reasons require it.

6. Advertising

The free version offers one optional rewarded ad supplied by third-party advertising networks. Ads are shown only when you ask for one. Your vault is locked before any ad plays, and ads never run while your vault is open. There are no banner or full-screen ads, and Pro has no ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the websites and apps they lead to. Your advertising choices are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the App, except where the law expressly allows it
Bypass, disable or interfere with Pro checks, free-version limits, the trial, ads or security features, including by resetting the App or changing the device clock
Distribute modified versions of the App, or sell or rent access to it
Use the App to store or use credentials, card data or other information you are not authorized to hold, or to gain unauthorized access to any account or system
Interfere with our servers or access them by automated means other than the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose

8. Our Intellectual Property and Licence

The App — including its code, design, name and logos — belongs to us and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial use, in line with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

The App includes open-source components, such as cryptography libraries. Those components are licensed under their own terms, which take precedence for those components.

Names and trademarks of banks, institutions, apps, browsers, password managers and file formats that appear in the App (because you entered them or because an app on your device shows them) or on our website belong to their owners. Their appearance does not mean we are affiliated with or endorsed by them.

9. Your Data

You keep all rights in the information you add to your vault. It stays on your device and we have no access to it. The pictures you choose as icons must be ones you are allowed to use. We process the small amount of anonymous data described in the Privacy Policy only to run the App for you. You can erase your vault in the App at any time, and request deletion of your anonymous cloud record through our data deletion page.

10. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, including Google (Play and Firebase), Android (Autofill, Keystore and biometrics) and advertising networks. Autofill depends on how other apps and browsers are built; some may not support it or may fill fields incorrectly. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, content or conduct. Google is not a party to these Terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

You can stop using the App at any time. Before uninstalling, export a backup if you want to keep your data.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App's paid features if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. If we terminate your access because of a serious breach on your part, you are not entitled to a refund unless the law requires one. Because your vault is on your device, suspension never gives us access to it.

We may discontinue the App or any feature. If we discontinue Pro features while your subscription is active, you can request a refund for the unused period through Google Play or by contacting us. If we discontinue the App, you can still export your vault with the version installed on your device.

12. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no express or implied warranties, including that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that autofill will work in every app or website, or that every file from another password manager can be imported completely. Always check imported entries. Security also depends on your device, its Android version and hardware, and on how you use the App, which are outside our control. No software can guarantee protection against every attack, especially on a device that is infected, rooted or unlocked by someone else.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

We are not liable for loss of access to your vault or its contents caused by a forgotten master password, a lost, stolen, broken or reset device, uninstalling the App, erasing the vault or not having a backup.
We are not liable for what happens to backup or export files after they leave the App, for the acts of third parties, or for indirect losses such as loss of data, profit or opportunity.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law — including liability for intent or gross negligence — or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

14. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs we incur from third-party claims caused by your unlawful use of the App or your breach of Section 4 or Section 7.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the App changes or as the law requires. We will revise the "Last Updated" date, and we will notify you in the App before any material change takes effect. If you keep using the App after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using the App and, if you have a subscription, cancel it in Google Play.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Rize, Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes.

If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or your right to go to the consumer arbitration bodies or courts that the law makes available to you.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us — most issues can be resolved quickly.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that does not mean we waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor that continues to run the App, provided your rights are not reduced.

Wavvy Vault — Kullanım Koşulları

1. Bu Koşullar Hakkında

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), sizinle Rize, Türkiye'de bulunan Rize Teknoloji ("biz") arasındaki bir sözleşmedir. Telefon, tablet ve diğer cihazlardaki Wavvy Vault uygulamasının ve bu web sitesi ile veri silme sayfası gibi ilgili hizmetlerin (hepsi birlikte "Uygulama") kullanımını düzenler.

Uygulamayı yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayın.

Gizlilik Politikamız kişisel verileri nasıl işlediğimizi açıklar ve bu Koşulların parçasıdır. Telif Hakkı Politikamız telif şikâyetlerini nasıl ele aldığımızı açıklar.

Bu Koşulların İngilizcesi bu sayfanın yukarısında yayımlanmıştır. Herhangi bir uyuşmazlık hâlinde, ülkenizin hukuku aksini gerektirmedikçe Türkçe sürüm esas alınır.

2. Uygulama Nedir, Ne Değildir

Wavvy Vault bir şifre yöneticisidir. Kendi girdiğiniz şifreleri, PIN'leri, kart bilgilerini ve gizli notları yalnızca cihazınızdaki şifreli bir kasada saklar.

Yalnızca yerel. Hesap, bulut eşitleme veya kasa sunucusu yoktur. Kasanızı veya ana şifrenizi hiçbir zaman almayız, görmeyiz ve saklamayız.
Hiçbir kurumla bağlantımız yoktur. Wavvy Vault'un hiçbir banka, kart çıkaran kuruluş, ödeme hizmeti, e-posta sağlayıcısı, sosyal ağ veya başka bir kurumla resmî bir bağlantısı yoktur. Uygulamada görünen kurum adlarını siz girersiniz. Uygulama banka veya şirket logosu içermez. "Banka" veya "Kartlar" gibi hazır kategori adları yalnızca kendi kayıtlarınızı düzenlemeniz için birer etikettir.
Bankacılık veya ödeme hizmeti değildir. Uygulama bankanıza bağlanmaz, ödeme yapmaz, bakiye sorgulamaz veya kart doğrulamaz. Yalnızca sizin yazdığınız bilgileri saklar.
Sızıntı takibi yapmaz. Güvenlik raporu (Pro), şifrelerinizin zayıf, tekrar kullanılmış veya eski olup olmadığını cihazınızda kontrol eder. İnternette veya sızıntı veritabanlarında arama yapmaz; bir hesabın ele geçirilip geçirilmediğini söyleyemez.
Diğer şifre yöneticilerinin, tarayıcıların ve dosya biçimlerinin adları (KeePass, Google Şifre Yöneticisi, Chrome, Bitwarden, 1Password, Firefox, Proton Pass ve LastPass gibi) yalnızca içe/dışa aktarma uyumluluğunu anlatmak için kullanılır ve sahiplerine aittir. Onlarla bağlantımız yoktur.

3. Ana Şifreniz ve Yedekleriniz — Sizin Sorumluluğunuzdadır

Lütfen bu bölümü dikkatle okuyun.

Unutulan bir ana şifreyi kurtaramayız. Onu hiçbir zaman görmeyiz veya saklamayız ve sıfırlama yoktur. Ana şifrenizi unutursanız ve hızlı kilit açmayı kullanamıyorsanız kasanız ve içindeki her şey kalıcı olarak kaybolur. Biz dahil hiç kimse onu açamaz.
Ana şifrenizi hatırlamak ve isterseniz güvenli bir yere yazıp saklamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Hatırlamanıza yardımcı olmak için Uygulama ana şifreyi zaman zaman (varsayılan olarak 7 günde bir ve telefon yeniden başladıktan sonra) tekrar sorar.
Yedek almak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Kasanız yalnızca cihazınızda bulunur. Cihaz kaybolur, çalınır, bozulur veya sıfırlanırsa ya da Uygulama kaldırılır veya verileri temizlenirse, başka bir yerde saklanan güncel bir yedek dosyanız (.wvault veya .kdbx) yoksa ve onun ana şifresini hatırlamıyorsanız kasa gider. Android sistem yedeklemesi kasayı kapsamaz.
Dışa aktardığınız dosyalardan siz sorumlusunuz. Yedek ve dışa aktarma dosyaları ana şifrenizle veya seçtiğiniz şifreyle korunur. İçe aktarmak için kullandığınız CSV dosyaları şifresizdir; içe aktardıktan sonra silin. Bir dosya Uygulamadan çıktıktan sonra güvenliği onu nerede sakladığınıza bağlıdır.
Silme kesindir. "Kasayı sil" ve Uygulamayı kaldırmak kasayı kalıcı olarak siler.
Hızlı kilit açma kötüye kullanımda kapanır. 5 hatalı PIN veya desen denemesinden sonra hızlı kilit açma kapanır ve kasayı yalnızca ana şifre açar. Hatalı ana şifre girişleri artan bekleme sürelerine yol açar.

4. Uygunluk, Hukuka Uygun Kullanım ve Cihaz Güvenliği

Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız (ülkenizde dijital rıza yaşı daha yüksekse, o yaşta). Bulunduğunuz yerde reşit değilseniz, özellikle satın alma yapmak için ebeveyninizin veya velinizin izni gerekir.
Yalnızca size ait veya saklamaya yetkili olduğunuz bilgileri kaydedin. Uygulamayı izinsiz elde edilmiş giriş bilgilerini tutmak ya da size ait olmayan hesaplara, sistemlere veya kartlara erişmek için kullanmayın.
Yaşadığınız yerde geçerli yasalara uyun.
Cihazınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz: ekran kilidi kullanın, Android'i güncel tutun, ana şifrenizi, PIN'inizi veya deseninizi paylaşmayın. Ana şifrenizi bilen ya da cihazınızda Uygulamanın kilidini açabilen herkes kasanızı görebilir.

5. Ücretsiz Deneme, Ücretsiz Sürüm, Pro ve Ödemeler

Ücretsiz deneme. Yeni kurulumlar 7 gün boyunca tam Pro alır. Ödeme kartı gerekmez ve deneme bittiğinde hiçbir ücret alınmaz. Deneme süresi cihaza bağlıdır; Uygulamayı yeniden kurmak süreyi baştan başlatmaz.

Ücretsiz sürüm. Deneme bittikten sonra en fazla 5 kayıt tutan ücretsiz sürümü kullanmaya devam edebilirsiniz. Tüm kilit açma yöntemleri, otomatik doldurma, şifreli yedekleme ve geri yükleme ile KeePass'e aktarma sonsuza dek ücretsizdir. Kendi verilerinize erişiminizi asla kaybetmezsiniz: deneme veya abonelik bittiğinde kaydettiğiniz kayıtlar silinmez veya kilitlenmez; onları her zaman dışa aktarabilirsiniz. Ücretsiz sürümün kapsamını değiştirebiliriz, ancak kendi kasanızı açma ve dışa aktarma imkânınızı elinizden almayız.

Pro. Pro; sınırsız kayıt, tam şifre geçmişi (ücretsiz sürüm bir kaydın son 3 değişikliğini gösterir; tüm değişiklikler saklanır), sınırsız KeePass ve CSV içe aktarma, kendi kategorileriniz ve simgeleriniz ile güvenlik raporu ekler. Pro'da hiç reklam yoktur.

Ödüllü reklam. Ücretsiz sürümde, Pro özelliklerini bir saat kullanmak için kısa bir reklam izlemeyi seçebilirsiniz. Süre bitince Uygulama ücretsiz sürüme döner; kaydettiğiniz hiçbir şey kaybolmaz.

Pro abonelikleri. Pro, Google Play üzerinden satılan aylık veya yıllık abonelik olarak sunulur. Fiyatlar satın almadan önce Uygulamada ve Google Play'de, yerel para biriminizde ve Google Play'in uyguladığı vergiler dahil olarak gösterilir.

Abonelikler siz iptal edene kadar her fatura döneminin sonunda, o sırada geçerli fiyattan otomatik olarak yenilenir.
İstediğiniz zaman Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler bölümünden iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut fatura döneminin sonunda geçerli olur ve o zamana kadar Pro sizde kalır.
Gösterildiği durumlarda tanıtım teklifleri yalnızca Google Play'in uygun gördüğü kullanıcılara sunulur. Teklif süresi bitince normal fiyata geçilir.
Bir abonelik fiyatını değiştirirsek Google Play, politikalarının gerektirdiği şekilde sizi önceden bilgilendirir ve yeni fiyat uygulanmadan önce iptal edebilirsiniz.

Ömür boyu satın alma. Ömür boyu seçeneği tek seferlik bir ödemedir. Pro'yu, satın almada kullanılan Google Play hesabında, Uygulamayı ve Pro özelliklerini sunmaya devam ettiğimiz sürece açar. "Ömür boyu", bir kişinin veya cihazın değil Uygulamanın ömrü anlamına gelir. Kişiseldir, devredilemez ve abonelik değildir. Ömür boyu satın almak mevcut bir aboneliği iptal etmez; onu Google Play'den ayrıca iptal edin.

Cihazlar. Satın almalar Google Play hesabınıza bağlıdır; tek bir Pro satın alması, aynı hesapla giriş yapılmış telefon ve tabletlerinizde çalışır. Kasanız cihazlar arasında kopyalanmaz; onu bir yedek dosyasıyla taşırsınız. Pro kişisel ve ev içi kullanım içindir.

İadeler. Ödemeler Google Play tarafından işlenir ve Google Play iade politikalarına tabidir. Google Play üzerinden iade talep edebilirsiniz; biz de takdirimize bağlı olarak iade yapabiliriz. Ülkenizin hukuku size cayma hakkı tanıyorsa, bu hak dijital hizmet sizin onayınızla başladığında sona erebilir. Bu bölümdeki hiçbir şey tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz zorunlu hakları sınırlamaz.

Özelliklerdeki değişiklikler. Özellik ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Yasa, Google Play veya güvenlik gerekçeleri zorunlu kılmadıkça, ödemesini yaptığınız bir abonelik dönemi içinde temel Pro özelliklerini esaslı biçimde azaltmayız.

6. Reklamlar

Ücretsiz sürüm, üçüncü taraf reklam ağlarının sağladığı isteğe bağlı tek bir ödüllü reklam sunar. Reklam yalnızca siz istediğinizde gösterilir. Herhangi bir reklam oynamadan önce kasanız kilitlenir; kasanız açıkken asla reklam çalışmaz. Banner veya tam ekran reklam yoktur; Pro'da hiç reklam yoktur. Üçüncü taraf reklamların içeriğinden veya yönlendirdikleri web sitelerinden ve uygulamalardan sorumlu değiliz. Reklam tercihleriniz Gizlilik Politikamızda açıklanmıştır.

7. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

Yasanın açıkça izin verdiği durumlar dışında Uygulamayı kopyalamak, değiştirmek, kaynak koda dönüştürmek, tersine mühendislik yapmak veya türev çalışmalar oluşturmak
Pro kontrollerini, ücretsiz sürüm sınırlarını, deneme süresini, reklamları veya güvenlik özelliklerini atlatmak, devre dışı bırakmak veya bunlara müdahale etmek; buna Uygulamayı sıfırlamak veya cihaz saatini değiştirmek de dahildir
Uygulamanın değiştirilmiş sürümlerini dağıtmak veya Uygulamaya erişimi satmak ya da kiralamak
Uygulamayı, tutmaya yetkili olmadığınız giriş bilgilerini, kart verilerini veya diğer bilgileri saklamak ya da kullanmak veya herhangi bir hesaba ya da sisteme izinsiz erişmek için kullanmak
Sunucularımıza müdahale etmek veya onlara Uygulama dışında otomatik yollarla erişmek
Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı herhangi bir amaçla kullanmak

8. Fikri Mülkiyetimiz ve Lisans

Kodu, tasarımı, adı ve logoları dahil olmak üzere Uygulama bize aittir ve yasalarla korunur. Size, Uygulamayı sahibi olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlara yüklemeniz ve kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçla, bu Koşullara ve Google Play Hizmet Şartlarına uygun olarak kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veririz.

Uygulama, şifreleme kütüphaneleri gibi açık kaynak bileşenler içerir. Bu bileşenler kendi lisans koşullarına tabidir ve bu bileşenler bakımından o koşullar önceliklidir.

Uygulamada (sizin girdiğiniz veya cihazınızdaki bir uygulamanın gösterdiği için) ya da web sitemizde görünen banka, kurum, uygulama, tarayıcı, şifre yöneticisi ve dosya biçimi adları ve markaları sahiplerine aittir. Bunların görünmesi, onlarla bağlantımız olduğu veya onlar tarafından desteklendiğimiz anlamına gelmez.

9. Verileriniz

Kasanıza eklediğiniz bilgiler üzerindeki tüm haklar sizde kalır. Bu bilgiler cihazınızda kalır ve bizim onlara erişimimiz yoktur. Simge olarak seçtiğiniz resimler, kullanma hakkınız olan resimler olmalıdır. Gizlilik Politikasında açıklanan az miktardaki anonim veriyi yalnızca Uygulamayı sizin için çalıştırmak üzere işleriz. Kasanızı istediğiniz zaman Uygulama içinden silebilir, anonim bulut kaydınızın silinmesini veri silme sayfamızdan talep edebilirsiniz.

10. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

Uygulama; Google (Play ve Firebase), Android (Otomatik Doldurma, Keystore ve biyometri) ve reklam ağları gibi üçüncü taraf hizmetlere dayanır. Otomatik doldurma, diğer uygulamaların ve tarayıcıların nasıl yapıldığına bağlıdır; bazıları desteklemeyebilir veya alanları yanlış doldurabilir. Bu hizmetler kendi koşullarına tabidir ve bunların erişilebilirliğinden, içeriğinden veya davranışından sorumlu değiliz. Google bu Koşulların tarafı değildir.

11. Askıya Alma ve Fesih

Uygulamayı istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz. Verilerinizi saklamak istiyorsanız Uygulamayı kaldırmadan önce yedek alın.

Bu Koşulları ağır biçimde veya tekrar tekrar ihlal ederseniz ya da yasa gerektirirse Uygulamanın ücretli özelliklerine erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Makul olduğu durumlarda nedenini size bildiririz. Erişiminizi sizin ağır bir ihlaliniz nedeniyle sonlandırırsak, yasa gerektirmedikçe iade hakkınız olmaz. Kasanız cihazınızda olduğu için askıya alma bize hiçbir zaman ona erişim sağlamaz.

Uygulamayı veya herhangi bir özelliğini sonlandırabiliriz. Aboneliğiniz devam ederken Pro özelliklerini sonlandırırsak, kullanılmayan dönem için Google Play üzerinden veya bize yazarak iade talep edebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı sonlandırırsak, cihazınızda yüklü sürümle kasanızı yine dışa aktarabilirsiniz.

12. Sorumluluk Reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde; Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı, otomatik doldurmanın her uygulamada veya web sitesinde çalışacağı ya da başka bir şifre yöneticisinden gelen her dosyanın eksiksiz içe aktarılabileceği dahil hiçbir açık veya zımni garanti vermeyiz. İçe aktarılan kayıtları her zaman kontrol edin. Güvenlik ayrıca kontrolümüz dışındaki cihazınıza, Android sürümüne ve donanımına ve Uygulamayı nasıl kullandığınıza bağlıdır. Hiçbir yazılım, özellikle virüslü, root'lu veya başkası tarafından kilidi açılmış bir cihazda, her saldırıya karşı koruma garantisi veremez.

13. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Yasanın izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde:

Unutulan bir ana şifre, kaybolan, çalınan, bozulan veya sıfırlanan bir cihaz, Uygulamanın kaldırılması, kasanın silinmesi veya yedek olmaması nedeniyle kasanıza veya içeriğine erişimin kaybından sorumlu değiliz.
Yedek veya dışa aktarma dosyalarının Uygulamadan çıktıktan sonra başına gelenlerden, üçüncü tarafların eylemlerinden ya da veri, kâr veya fırsat kaybı gibi dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
Uygulamayla ilgili tüm talepler için toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebin doğduğu tarihten önceki 12 ay içinde Uygulama için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.

Bu Koşullardaki hiçbir şey, kast veya ağır kusur sorumluluğu dahil olmak üzere yasaca hariç tutulamayan veya sınırlanamayan sorumluluğu ya da tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz zorunlu hakları hariç tutmaz veya sınırlamaz.

14. Tazminat

Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı kullanmanızdan veya Bölüm 4 ya da Bölüm 7'yi ihlal etmenizden kaynaklanan üçüncü taraf taleplerinin bize yol açtığı makul zarar ve masrafları karşılamayı kabul edersiniz.

15. Bu Koşullardaki Değişiklikler

Uygulama değiştikçe veya yasa gerektirdikçe bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. "Son Güncelleme" tarihini değiştiririz ve esaslı bir değişiklik yürürlüğe girmeden önce sizi Uygulama içinde bilgilendiririz. Değişiklik yürürlüğe girdikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam ederseniz güncel Koşullar geçerli olur. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakın ve aboneliğiniz varsa Google Play'den iptal edin.

16. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Uyuşmazlıklar

Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda Rize, Türkiye mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.

Tüketiciyseniz bu, yaşadığınız ülkenin zorunlu yasalarının korumasını veya yasanın size tanıdığı tüketici hakem heyetlerine ya da mahkemelere başvurma hakkınızı ortadan kaldırmaz.

Resmî bir yola başvurmadan önce lütfen bize yazın; çoğu sorun hızla çözülebilir.

17. Genel Hükümler

Bu Koşulların herhangi bir bölümü uygulanamaz bulunursa geri kalanı yürürlükte kalır. Bir hükmü uygulamamamız, ondan vazgeçtiğimiz anlamına gelmez. Bu Koşullardan doğan haklarınızı devredemezsiniz. Biz haklarımızı, haklarınız azalmamak kaydıyla Uygulamayı işletmeye devam eden bir halefe devredebiliriz.
